This lovely, detached, whitewashed stone cottage stands on its own, and is accessed by a rough track in a rural location. It enjoys lovely views from the patio out over the beautiful Machno Valley, in the Snowdonia National Park. There are walks into the Gwydyr Forest straight from the door and direct off road access to the Penmachno Mountain Bike Trails. The Marin Mountain Bike Trail is also close by. The village pub is within walking distance and nearby Betws-y-Coed has a wide selection of places to eat as well as a range of individual shops and a high ropes course. Surf Snowdonia, the world’s first inland surfing lagoon, is a little further away at Dolgarrog. A range of adrenaline activities such as underground trampolining, the world’s largest zipwire zone and the Stiniog Downhill bike trails can all be found at Blaenau Ffestiniog. Visit the peaceful National Trust property of Ty Mawr Wybrnant, birthplace of Bishop William Morgan, or the stunning Bodnant Garden.
